A composition built like a kaleidoscope — each straw segment is organized around a central point to form rosette patterns that shift depending on the angle of the light. The shades alternate in successive symmetries, mirroring the mechanics of the optical instrument from which the work takes its name.
A small format where the precision of the assembly matters more than the scale, and where the material reveals itself as you draw closer.
