Privacy policy
Preamble
Atelier Mayati respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This page describes the limited data collected, its purpose and your associated rights.
Data collected
The site is static and uses no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party audience-measurement tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no marketing session cookies).
Contact form
The contact form transmits your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message through the third-party service Resend in order to deliver the email to the studio. No data is retained by the site after the message is sent.
For security and anti-spam reasons (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), your IP address is attached to the email received by the studio. It is neither stored in a database, nor shared with third parties, nor used for marketing purposes. It disappears as soon as the email is deleted.
Resend keeps its own technical logs according to its privacy policy.
Hosting
Our host Vercel may keep technical logs (IP address, user agent, page visited) for service operation and security purposes. These logs are not used for marketing.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Visitors to the content management interface (Sveltia CMS) may encounter strictly necessary session cookies for authentication.
Customer reviews
The site reproduces reviews published publicly by their authors on Google, Facebook or Instagram. Each review is reproduced without alteration, together with the first name or name as its author made it public, and a link to the original publication. No profile picture is reproduced. The studio neither solicits nor pays for reviews.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — these are reviews voluntarily made public by their authors about the studio’s activity. Where a review is shown in a language other than the one it was written in, a “translated from…” note appears below the quotation.
If you are the author of a review reproduced here and would like it removed or corrected, simply write to contact@ateliermayati.fr: it will be removed promptly, with no justification required.
GDPR rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and portability regarding your data. To exercise these rights, please write to contact@ateliermayati.fr.
Retention period
The site retains no personal data collected from its visitors: it has no database, no user accounts and no browsing history. Messages received through the contact form remain in the studio’s mailbox for the time needed to handle the request, then are archived or deleted.
One exception: the customer reviews described above are published in the pages of the site and remain there until their author requests removal.
Data Protection Officer
Atelier Mayati is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (low processing volume, no sensitive data). For any privacy-related question, please write to contact@ateliermayati.fr.
